FAQ

PRICING 

• Our pricing typically ranges from $1,500-3,500. 

• This depends on the pedigree/lines of the parents and color.

• We require a $200 deposit to reserve and this is NON-REFUNDABLE but transferrable to a future litter. 

PET VS BREEDING 

• Just because a puppy is registered does NOT mean you can breed it. 

• Breeding rights are given on a case to case basis.

• If you breed a dog without breeding rights you will be sued.

PICKING PROCESS

• Picks are made in the order of deposits received at birth or at 6-8 weeks depending on if we’re keeping from that litter or not

• We reserve the right to keep any of our puppies from any litter at any point if we see potential for improving our breeding program

• We also reserve the right to refuse placement with anyone if we feel it is not a good fit 

SHIPPING

• If you are located outside of Texas we can fly your puppy to you with one of our pet nannies who are employees for our pet spa and resort or we can fly cargo depending on certain factors.
• We will also meet you at airport if you are able to fly here and pickup. 

• Pricing for our flight nanny is usually $500 but can vary depending on ticket costs. 

VISITING POLICY

• We do not allow Visits under any circumstances to protect not only the health of our puppies but all of our dogs!

• Viruses like parvo and parasites can be easily tracked in on clothes and shoes which would ruin our program for years, this is simply not a risk we are willing to take. • We love to take videos and take plenty so you can see your puppy and living quarters.

HOW TO RESERVE

• We require a $200 deposit to reserve or be added to our waitlist, again, this is non-refundable so please be absolutely sure you are ready for a puppy before placing one.

• We use Venmo for deposits as it keeps all of our deposits in one place and they are one of the few apps that allows the sales of animals. Please do not request to use PayPal or Cashapp.
